Swee Lin is a business entrepreneur who is passionate about social justice and cares to make a positive impact in the world. She is the co-founder of PichaEats and manekNya, two companies that strive to empower refugees and marginalized communities by providing them with a platform to showcase their talents and skills.  

Born and raised in Malaysia, Swee Lin has always been aware of the plight of marginalized communities and the struggles they face. She recognized the potential for them to contribute to society and the economy and sought to create a solution that would empower them. This led her to start her first venture, PichaEats and currently, manekNya an online marketplace for sustainable peranakan products and ethically made products (launching soon), which demonstrates a strong commitment to empowering the communities and promoting sustainable development.

In recognition of her work, Swee Lin has received numerous awards such as - Forbes 30 under 30 2018, and was awarded THE EDGE Inspiring Young Leaders Award, Prestige 40 under 40 Malaysia Malaysia - to name a few.

As a Finance graduate, Swee Lin has a strong passion for business and growth. She is also a mentor to young entrepreneurs and a speaker at business events, sharing her knowledge and experience to help others succeed in their own ventures.

Hence, this is where Swee & Co. is born. We aim to help entrepreneurs and early-stage startups with their businesses.
